Exploring Biophysical Dynamics
My scientific work is dedicated to understanding the complex biomechanics of Red Blood Cells (RBCs) and their collective behavior under various physical conditions. This involves advanced experimental methods, particularly density gradient centrifugation, coupled with rigorous computational modeling.
I focus on key biophysical parameters, such as cytosol viscosity, and the theoretical modeling of phenomena like band formation in density gradients, using tools like Density Gradient Theory (DDFT).
